Scope
Replacement of a large chiller plant located on the roof of Thames Water Headquarters. The project involved the safe removal of existing equipment and installation of new high-efficiency chiller units, including all associated mechanical and electrical connections. Works were carefully planned and coordinated to minimise disruption to building operations, with particular consideration given to access, lifting operations, and maintaining continuity of service throughout the programme.
