Scope
A new build development comprising a 135,000 sq ft warehouse unit and a 40,000 sq ft office, along with approximately 500m of road infrastructure serving two plots.
The scheme was delivered in two phases which ran simultaneously: Shell & Core and Fit Out. The fit out included a full three-storey office installation featuring specialist lighting with Casambi control systems, full HVAC, air source heat pumps (ASHP), and a range of associated building services.
