Scope
A design and build MEP fit-out, incorporating the innovative Hybrid VRF (HVRF) air conditioning system, developed by Mitsubishi Electric. This system features water-based pipework connecting the indoor units, offering efficient and stable temperature control without refrigerant in occupied spaces. The HVRF system ensures simple compliance with BS EN378, eliminating the need for costly leak detection systems and providing a more environmentally friendly solution.
